With the fast-paced NBA action jammed into a matter of a couple months, teams are going have to make some tough decisions on whether or not to move their players.

Before you know it, the 2012 trade deadline will be upon us and more than a couple players will be moved.

Here's a look at the odds for the hottest players to be moved this season.

Steve Nash

Phoenix could get a jump on rebuilding by dealing Nash, but to date Nash hasn't requested a trade and President of Basketball Operations Lon Babby seems willing to let Nash stay in Phoenix as long as he wishes.

But that tune could change if the Suns keep struggling.

Chances of Trade: 10 Percent

Michael Beasley

Minnesota has a situation where Kevin Love, Anthony Randolph and Michael Beasley are all up for contract extensions at the end of the season.

The likely scenario would be for Minnesota to move one of them and Love isn't going anywhere. Plus moving Beasley would create the necessary minutes for rookie Derrick Williams.

It could be very tough to part ways with him, though he's off to a very good start to the season.

Chances of Trade: 25 Percent

Pau Gasol

For a guy that was traded once already before the season, the chances of Gasol being dealt again are actually pretty low.

Unless the Lakers decide to include both he and Andrew Bynum in exchange for Dwight Howard, Gasol isn't that likely to be sent somewhere in a separate deal.

Chances of Trade: 30 Percent

Antawn Jamison

Jamison's big contract will expire at the end of the season, but down the road some team could offer up a first-round pick or a young player for it.

Cleveland doesn't have to deal him, though. He's a good teammate and at the end of the year they will have $30 million off the books after using the amnesty clause on Baron Davis and letting Jamison's contract expire.

Chances of Trade: 35 Percent

Andre Iguodala

If we are talking trade, Iguodala's name is bound to come up. It comes up every year around the trade deadline, but he always remains in Philadelphia.

But this year could be different and Iguodala could be a good trade chip for Philadelphia.

His contract has often been an issue and every year he's not dealt there is one less year of money for another team to assume and getting Thaddeus Young starting minutes may make the Sixers aggressively shop him at the deadline.

Chances of Trade: 40 percent

Al Jefferson/Paul Millsap

With the young Enes Kanter and Derrick Favors in the fold in Utah, if the Jazz aren't competitive, they could look to deal one or both of their current big men.

Both would be well sought-after and Utah could get decent young pieces in return.

Chances of Trade: 50 Percent

Ramon Sessions

With Kyrie Irving the starter in Cleveland, several teams could get a good point guard in Sessions.

The Cavs could be willing to keep him in Cleveland as a mentor and he has a team-friendly deal for the next two years, but several teams were interested in him after the lockout ended and they will be again closer to March.

Chances of Trade: 60 Percent

O.J. Mayo

The Grizzlies have now twice had a deal in place for Mayo, only to see it fall apart in the end.

While Mayo has expressed interest in staying in Memphis and Grizzlies management have told him that no deals are currently in the works, chances are that they will try and move him again this year.

Chances of Trade: 75 Percent

Andrew Bynum

Bynum has been the Lakers' biggest trade chip and could ultimately land them Dwight Howard.

But if they fail on Howard, the Lakers will still need to make a major move to contend for a championship this season.

One way or another, Bynum will likely be dealt.

Chances of Trade: 85 Percent

Dwight Howard

The Magic are talking to more teams than just the ones on Howard's short list and will ultimately find a deal for him. The only question is when.

There is still slim hope that Howard remains in Orlando, so it's not a total slam dunk, but Howard is all but certain to eventually be heading out of town.

Chances of Trade: 95 Percent
