Barclays Premier League Transfer Rumors

Tottenham are interested in Freiburg striker Papiss Cisse. The 26-year-old Senegal striker is worth around £14m.

Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas granted £150m for transfers. Hulk, Gregory van der Wiel and Joao Moutinho are top three for AVB. Also, Bolton manager Owen Coyle has also agreed a fee with Chelsea for center-back Gary Cahill.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed forward Thierry Henry will sign a two-month deal with Arsenal only if agreements can be worked out with his current club, New York Red Bulls. This is a smart move, as two of their forwards, Marouane Chamack and Gervinho, are leaving for the African Nations Cup.
