It's fun to watch the Seattle Mariners play... well sometime.
7 years out of playoff, but the Mariners are in rebuilding mode with their new general manager Jack Zduriencik so the M's should make the playoff in few years.
They're heading to the right direction though.

My name's Griffin, I'm 17 and a senior in high school. I live in Seattle, and to be honest, don't have any intention of ever leaving for an extended period of time.
Sports are a huge part of my life, both indirectly and directly. I would like nothing more than to 1 day be a professional sports writer.
I played baseball for 10 years until recently, and I play varsity tennis for my high school. I'm a die hard Mariners fan, and have been since I was old enough to be, even through the miserable times of 2004-2006, and of course 2008. Liking our chances this year though.
I'm also a Seahawks fan, but I really don't have the football expertise necessary to write about them, or even to talk about them in detail. Baseball is my sport, and really always has been.
I won't bore you with all th...

I'm a 24-year-old graduate of Cal State University, Fullerton. I graduated with my B.A. in Communications and am dying to get into the journalism industry. Writing is an art form to me, and making a career by lending my voice to either the entertainment or sports industries would be a dream.
I'm a SoCal boy and baseball is my game. I've been an Angels fan for as long as I can remember, but I also follow the rest of the major sports as well. I've even come to appreciate the purity of college football, though the popularity of other college sports remains a mystery.
I could not imagine a better place for an aspiring journalist to be than here at B/R. They say if you do what you love, it'll never feel like work to you, and that is exactly how I feel here. I could not ask for more ou...
