I would call myself a serious die-hard-Raider-fan and a mild fair weathered Golden State Warrior, San Jose Shark, Oakland A's and SanFrancisco Giant fan. I have been to a few 49er games as well but I would not call myself a fan. In the past I have been known to jump on the Sacramento King bandwagon come post season but as of late with neither the Kings or Warriors making the playoffs I'm limited to rooting against the lakers.
I mainly write opinionated and/or speculative articles, Mainly about the Raiders but I will ocassionally write about other teams.
Though I don't always agree with him I will defend Al Davis, especially from uninformed "trolls" who really have no idea what they are talking about.
Opinions are like assholes everyone has em, and I have alot....Opi...

I am a big time Broncos fan. I've been a fan of Elway since I watched my first football game in 1986. That Elway devotion turned into Bronco devotion (before they ever won a Super Bowl); I think the devastating loss to Jacksonville in the playoffs at the end of the 1996 season made me love Elway all the more and jump on the Broncos bandwagon. And, yes, rub it in all you want because I used to be a bandwagon fan (1986-1996: five or six different favorite teams; 1996-present: one team man).

New Knick: Darko Milicic and Serbians Played On Even as the Bombs Fell
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/214962-as-the-bombs-fell-serbians-like-darko-milicic-played-on
I gravitated towards the Internet as a teen, partially because Computers are conducive to a person like me, whom is legally disabled by nystagmus.
I seek to have a unique view of things. I'd rather do that than go with the pack. I realize that my opinions rile people from time to time, but the bottom line is, I pose questions and if those questions are invalid, then logically, the...

I admit I used to play the game where I was focused on moving up the ladder at B/R, trying my best to be the top writer and all that. But now I no longer pimp my articles, or look for websites to artificially increase readership, and I'm satisified writing what I want and not some nonsence just to attract reads.
Yep, I spent about a year ranked #1 in MLB and the Cubs, and was ranked as high as #2 overall on the site at one time. These days, I am happy simply contributing to the site and allowing others to take the mantle.
I think I am still the Chicago Cubs community leader, and I know I am a featured columnist for the Cubs and Bears. I have written more than 500 articles, though I ca...

Writer bio
The reason for this blog is I was an Oakland Raiders season ticket holder for several years and felt the need to share my opinion publicly. I'm tired of the franchise crashing and burning in slow motion NFL Films style. Maybe I can't stop it but I will call attention to who is causing it and offer some ironic hope where I can with my own ideas, humor and whatever else.
Bottom line is change must happen so while we wait for Undead Al to go away (at least in theory he should be gone eventually) we'll have fun along the way slamming the embarrasing facade that has become the Oakland Raiders franchise - a once proud franchise that is now a laughing stock to all but those who have no clue.
I have no connection whatsoever to the Oakland Raiders organization, any of their booster clubs...

At one point, I could write. I used to write for my high school and college papers. Now I am an older guy filled with opinions who can't seem to put the words together as consisely or clearly anymore. Hopefully this venue will help me force myself to improve.
So far I like BleacherReport a lot, although the canned pictured of Players tend to be a few years out of date. It's a little weird to write a College Football story and put up a picture of a guy who graduated two years ago.
What do I care about? Canada, oddly enough. Last year, I visited Canada for the first time since I was five and fell in love with the country and the people. In spite of being a bitterly cold place, I like it. I hope one day soon to contribute something to Canadian sports. I am enthralled by the po...
